📋 Description

• Define technical solutions to business problems and contribute to a scalable architectural vision • Ship and maintain backend code using Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and some Ruby on Rails services • Deploy frequently using CircleCI and Spinnaker for CI/CD • Gather customer feedback and iterate on releases • Monitor services, diagnose root causes, troubleshoot errors, and deploy fixes • Work within a cross-functional team with product managers and designers • Take ownership of team problems and ensure high-quality releases • Collaborate with an international development team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a STEM subject is probably expected, but candidates who developed their expertise through a different route are welcome • Experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team • Technical expertise in at least one programming language, particularly Kotlin or Ruby • Ideally, experience with relational databases • Experience with modern AI technologies is a plus, including LLM API integration, AI-assisted workflows, or AI tools for product and engineering efficiency • Demonstrable impact in previous roles • Highly driven, proactive, and independent approach • Meticulous attention to detail • Must currently reside in Brazil • AlphaSights is unable to sponsor visas for this position
