📋 Description

• Die gesamte Marketing-Performance verantworten und auf Umsatz, ROAS, CAC und Wiederkaufsrate steuern • Kampagnen über Meta, Google, Amazon und weitere relevante Kanäle planen, steuern und optimieren • Angebote, Funnel und verkaufsstarke Kampagnen entwickeln • Creatives, Zielgruppen und Werbebotschaften testen und erfolgreiche Ansätze skalieren • Die Customer Journey von der Ad über die Landingpage bis zum Checkout und CRM ganzheitlich betreuen • E-Mail- und CRM-Marketing als relevanten Umsatzkanal ausbauen • Das Marketing-Team führen und externe Partner, Freelancer und Dienstleister steuern • Eng mit Geschäftsführung, Produkt, Einkauf und Logistik zusammenarbeiten

🎯 Requirements

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit echter Umsatzverantwortung • Sehr gute Praxis in Meta Ads und Google Ads • Erfahrung im D2C-/E-Commerce-Umfeld • Starkes Verständnis für Verkaufspsychologie, Conversion und Direct-Response • Sicherheit im Umgang mit ROAS, CAC, LTV und Deckungsbeitrag • Hands-on-Mentalität mit strategischem Denken und praktischer Umsetzung • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
