• Manage and grow a portfolio of 125 – 150 corporate partners and prospects through all stages of the relationship lifecycle • Develop and execute strategies to secure new corporate partnerships while increasing revenue and engagement from existing partners • Create customized proposals, presentations, sponsorship packages, and partnership agreements • Meet or exceed annual revenue goals • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate partners • Collaborate with Development, Marketing & Communications, Events, Mission, Advocacy, and field staff • Leverage volunteer leaders, board members, and executive leadership to cultivate, solicit, and steward key corporate relationships • Represent The ALS Association at meetings, conferences, networking events, and community engagements • Maintain accurate records, revenue forecasts, and partnership activity within Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4 years of experience in corporate fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, account management, or a related field • Demonstrated success securing and growing corporate partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes • Experience managing a portfolio of corporate donors, sponsors, or business relationships • Strong communication, presentation, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel up to 20% • Commitment to equity and inclusion with an inherent drive to work and collaborate with diverse populations • Ability to collaborate and work with flexibility in a dynamic team environment and embrace organizational change
