📋 Description

• Lead and execute new projects for the Geology department (contaminated sites, brownfield redevelopment, geotechnical ground investigations) at the Berlin‑Adlershof location • Provide support and consultancy to existing and new clients • Accountability for project revenue and profitability • Manage subcontractors for laboratory and drilling work on your projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in geosciences, geology, civil engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in the relevant field • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and goal-oriented work style • Confident interaction with clients and colleagues • Strong communication skills • Initiative, commitment, reliability, and ability to self-manage • Good IT skills • German language skills: at least C2 level (spoken and written) — fluent communication in complex situations and subject areas • Willingness to travel locally and a Class B driver's license
