📋 Description

• Independently manage and lead client projects • Inspect and investigate buildings for contaminants (e.g., asbestos, man-made mineral fibers (MMMF), PCBs and PAHs) • Prepare proposals, investigation concepts, specifications/scope of services, and expert reports in the field of building contaminants • Plan contaminant remediation measures and provide construction supervision/site management during implementation • Maintain and expand business relationships with our clients • Perform quantity verification, invoice checks and change-order reviews as part of site support

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, geosciences or a natural science (m/f/d) or a comparable discipline, or equivalent further qualifications • Several years of relevant professional experience or experience in project work in the described areas • Motivated entry-level candidates (m/f/d) are also welcome to apply • Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a team • Interest in and experience with client management and in acquiring new customers (business development) • German language skills: minimum C1 level, written and spoken (professional-level proficiency for social and work-related use) • Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
