📋 Description

• Independently manage client projects • Inspect buildings for hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, man-made mineral fibers/mineral wool, PCBs and PAHs) • Prepare quotations, investigation concepts, specifications and expert reports in the field of hazardous building materials • Plan hazardous-material remediation measures and act as construction manager during implementation of the measures • Maintain and expand business relationships with our clients • Quantity verification, invoice and change-order checks as part of site supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, geosciences, natural sciences or a comparable field, or equivalent further qualifications • Several years of relevant professional experience or project work experience in the described areas • We also offer opportunities to motivated career starters • Organizational and communication skills and ability to work in a team • Interest in and experience with client support and acquiring new clients • German language skills: at least C1 level in spoken and written (professional and social competence) • Occasional travel and a Class B driving licence
