📋 Description
• Support the drafting, review, and organization of contracts, amendments, and legal documents under supervision • Monitor the legal calendar, including contractual, procedural, and corporate deadlines, in coordination with the outside law firm • Keep the department’s digital files and folders organized, up to date, and accessible to the business • Conduct legal research on legislation, case law, and doctrine to support internal opinions and decision-making • Assist with compliance tasks, fraud prevention measures, and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) adequacy • Handle general departmental routines such as intake protocols, correspondence tracking, and filing • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the external legal team • Participate in contract reviews, legal research, and LGPD and compliance processes
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Law degree, with expected graduation from December 2027 or later • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word for contract drafting and Excel for controls and tracking • English at an intermediate level or higher • Strong written communication skills • Preferred: advanced English and/or prior experience or academic knowledge in Contract Law, Corporate Law, or Regulatory Law
