• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the North and South American markets with a focus on video game localization, QA, and voiceover services. • Identify and secure new business opportunities with game studios and publishers. • Craft tailored proposals and presentations aligned with each prospect’s needs and market context. • Lead pricing discussions and negotiate contract terms. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, QA, Audio, Marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. • Representing Altagram at industry events such as GDC, XDS, Gamescom, and MIGS; help coordinate client meetings and travel as needed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in game localization B2B sales, business development, or client partnerships. • Strong understanding of the gaming localization industry and an existing professional network is a big plus. • Proven track record managing sales pipelines, using CRM tools, and meeting sales targets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A genuine passion for games and an interest in the business side of game development.
