• Handling recruitment process including understanding requirements, sourcing, identifying, screening, negotiating, and submitting candidates • Searching candidates in various portals • Successfully sourcing candidates through direct & indirect channels • Maintaining resume database, trackers, and reports • Scheduling interviews and doing follow-ups • Negotiating compensation and pay-rate of candidates • Monitoring all the requirements and recruitment status
