📋 Description

• Design and engineering of circuit diagrams (electrical schematics) according to customer requirements • Review of technical specifications and analysis of requirement documents for implementation in customer projects • Creation and generation of reports and documentation, including layout drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), terminal and cable lists • Revision of circuit diagrams as well as constructive processing and maintenance of existing customer orders • Selection, sizing and specification of electrical equipment • Maintenance and creation of item master data, master records, bills of materials, drawings and layouts • Analysis of customer requirements and assessment of their feasibility • Ensuring and checking compliance with applicable standards and regulations in electrical design • Supporting other departments with electrical engineering questions • Participation in hazard analyses and risk assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or completed electrical vocational training with further qualification as a technician, or an equivalent qualification • Ideally, initial professional experience in electrical engineering • Good knowledge of relevant standards • Knowledge of machinery directives (Machinery Directive) • Experience with ECAD systems such as EPLAN P8, EPLAN Fluid, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor or Beckhoff TwinCAT • Confident user of common MS Office applications • Experience with SAP or comparable PLM systems • Knowledge of DIN EN 61355 • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills
