📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and support qualification tests for aerospace systems, including temperature, thermal shock, icing, vibration, and lightning tests • Ensure compliance with qualification requirements in accordance with relevant aviation standards such as DO-160 • Own requirements engineering and requirements management throughout the development and qualification process • Conduct verification and validation activities and document the results in a clear and traceable manner • Prepare technical reports and presentations in English • Communicate technical information effectively to different audiences • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on complex technical matters

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field • Experience in qualification testing, as well as environmental and stress testing in the aerospace sector • Knowledge of requirements engineering, requirements management, and verification and validation • Experience in systems engineering and an understanding of complex technical relationships at system level • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken • German language skills are an advantage • Ideally, knowledge of gas turbines or propulsion systems
