📋 Description

• Support the International Retail Manager in positioning ONLY & SONS stores in the German market • Build up the retail structure in the Hamburg region • Manage and steer stores based on KPIs • Responsible for growth and sales together with the Store Managers • Coach Shop Managers and promote customer loyalty • Implement innovative sales strategies • Recruit new employees in collaboration with the recruitment department • Work in a results-oriented manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional management • Motivational leadership skills • Strong numerical/analytical skills and a commercial mindset • Understanding of the fast-paced nature of retail • High commitment, agility, and a hands-on mentality • Fluent communication in German and English.
