📋 Description

• You share responsibility for all shop operations • Together with the team, you create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers • You coordinate daily operations in consultation with your Shop Manager • You consistently monitor the overall financial performance • You assist and support the Shop Manager • You inspire and motivate the team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent qualification • Strong numerical aptitude and sound commercial/business acumen • Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
