📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business operations • (Further) development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of presentation/visual merchandising guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Analysis of store performance and profitability • Active selling and driving sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and preferably experience managing a store • A flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills
