📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business operations • Develop and advance your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Conduct commercial/financial analysis of the store • Actively engage in sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent business qualification • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail; ideally with prior store management experience • Strong affinity for numbers and good commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office
