📋 Description

• Technical responsibility and cross-site operational management of multiple internal test teams for integration, system and acceptance testing • Coordination of various test projects • Development and implementation of test methodologies and test strategies • Reporting to management • Definition and implementation of metrics and continuous test improvement processes • Ongoing review and optimization of the testing process • Preparation of concepts, strategies and plans for testing complex system solutions • Execution and documentation of test activities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable field of study • Practical experience and additional qualifications such as Certified Tester Foundation Level and Advanced Level Test Manager • Extensive hands-on experience in test planning, test control, test specification and test process design • Comprehensive knowledge of project management, quality assurance, system development and requirements management • Experience in leading and coordinating a team • Good communication skills at both operational and management levels • Good command of English
