📋 Description

• You coordinate daily store operations • Develop and (further) coach your team through training and guidance • Visual merchandising – implement presentation and display guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Perform financial/store performance analyses • Proactive selling and active involvement in sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail; store management experience is desirable • Strong numerical aptitude and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills • High interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
