📋 Description

• You coordinate the store’s daily operations • Develop and mentor your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implement visual presentation and display guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Conduct commercial/performance analysis of the store • Active/proactive selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and ideally experience managing a store • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Keen interest in fashion and trends • Team player with excellent communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
