📋 Description

• Responsible for overall shop management • Developing and furthering the team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of visual merchandising and presentation guidelines • Planning and organising in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Commercial/financial analysis of the store • Active selling and driving sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., retail apprenticeship) or equivalent • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail • Preferably experience in store management • Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
