📋 Description

• You coordinate daily store operations • Drive the ongoing development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Ensure efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Perform commercial/store performance analysis • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training • Experience as a store manager in apparel/textile retail • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
