• Ensure the smooth operation of the shopping center • Serve as the on-site point of contact for tenants and provide day-to-day tenant support • Collect outstanding receivables from regional tenants • Plan, manage and control the advertising and marketing budget • Coordinate external service providers, marketing partners and authorities • Provide regular reporting to the owners/executive management level • Saturday work to a limited extent as part of a scheduled rota
• Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., in real estate or business administration) • Experience in center, real estate, or property management • Strong communication skills, team orientation and a confident, friendly demeanor • High standards of quality and responsibility in one’s work • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Confident handling of budgets and commercial/financial key figures
