📋 Description

• You coordinate daily business operations • (Further) development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of presentation/display guidelines • Planning of in-store/shop activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Conducting commercial/store performance analysis • Active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail, ideally with prior store management experience • Strong numerical aptitude and sound commercial acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Genuine interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
