📋 Description

• You coordinate day-to-day store operations • Develop and coach your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implement visual merchandising/presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Analyze store performance and profitability • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail • Preferably experience managing a store • Strong numerical aptitude • Good commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills • High interpersonal skills • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with excellent communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
