📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business operations • (Further) development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of presentation/visual guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Conducting commercial/financial store analysis • Active selling and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail and preferably in store management • Strong numerical skills and commercial mindset • Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills • Keen interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
