📋 Description

• You coordinate the daily store operations • Ongoing development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Store performance and financial analysis • Active selling and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and preferably experience managing a store • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with excellent communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
