📋 Description

• Coordinate daily store operations • (Further) develop your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling and planning • Analyze store performance and profitability • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail • Preferably experience managing a store • Strong numerical affinity and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal abilities • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with strong communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
