📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership for system requirements activities in vehicle feature development. • Assess technical impacts of new features, modifications, and carry-over content. • Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and verifiable. • Operate upstream of design engineering and validation organizations. • Translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into system-level requirements. • Collaborate with Feature Owners and Architecture teams to align technical solutions. • Represent Requirements Management in discussions with Client and stakeholders. • Lead and mentor a team of Requirements Engineers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field. • 5+ years of Experience in Systems/Requirements Engineering, Design Lead, Product Development, or Vehicle Systems. • Proficiency with requirements tools (IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jama, Codebeamer). • Advanced English level
