📋 Description

• Provide back-office support for a title company • Provide title searches and commitment reports to clients • Perform title searches using Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline • Read search documents and paraphrase or align title and title-commitment matters • Work with closing coordinators to revise title commitments as needed • Review residential and commercial title-search materials • Create title reports and commitments based on title-search information • Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines • Work with coworkers to achieve team and department goals • Produce consistently error-free work • Identify matters requiring escalation to a supervisor • Complete work assignments and projects on time

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state, fast-paced, high-volume work environment • Good verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work priorities • Familiarity with Resware and title plants such as DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline • Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy • Flexible to work in any shift; position is primarily for night shift • Any Graduate
