📋 Description

• Support the technical and maintenance team resources across multiple sites • Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper use of PPE • Build and maintain a technically capable maintenance team by recruiting, training, and developing staff • Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues to drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and generate reports for management review • Develop and implement emergency response plans for equipment failures

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years’ experience in a high-output plastics manufacturing environment • 5 to 10 years’ experience working in the maintenance field • Diverse knowledge of multiple asset types (BMM types; downstream and upstream equipment like blenders, grinders, and others) • Strong leadership skills with the ability to assess situations and make appropriate decisions. • Basics of accounting or experience with budgets • Ability to create, lead and work in a team atmosphere.
