📋 Description

• Own the technical direction of our WordPress stack, ensuring stability, scalability, and site performance. • Improve stability, performance, caching, and deployment workflows. • Define coding standards , code review practices, and basic automated testing. • Architect and document interfaces between WordPress and React/Next.js components. • Lead incremental transition to a hybrid stack (not a full rebuild). • Ensure technical SEO remains intact during changes. • Plan and oversee development work with Product and Design teams. • Mentor developers and help shape team structure over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience operating large-scale WordPress environments (not brochure sites). • Solid skills in PHP 8, JS, MySQL, caching layers, and scalable hosting setups. • Experience with modern JS frameworks (React/Next.js). • Ability to balance legacy stability with pragmatic modernization. • Comfortable leading small teams and enforcing technical discipline. • Familiar with technical SEO considerations. • Comfortable working in a product space that blends crypto, iGaming, and on-chain analytics. • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate work in a disciplined way.
