📋 Description

• Build and optimize Klaviyo email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns • Develop automated flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns • Create personalized customer experiences through segmentation and dynamic content • Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms using APIs and webhooks • Monitor campaign performance and improve engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics • Ensure email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Klaviyo experience • Expertise in Flows, Campaigns, Segments, Lists, Forms, and SMS Marketing • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and ecommerce integrations • Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioral segmentation • Experience with Klaviyo Analytics and GA4 • English Advanced/Fluent (Mandatory) • Klaviyo Certifications (Nice to Have) • Shopify Plus experience (Nice to Have) • JavaScript, SQL, CDPs, GTM, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud knowledge (Nice to Have)
