📋 Description
• Provide essential support to SAP clients • Monitor and prioritize tickets • Coordinate regular meetings with clients • Ensure compliance with SAP delivery processes • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with scope and quality
🎯 Requirements
• Experience across support levels, from entry-level (0 years) to 8+ years • Operational management and strategic leadership experience — typical ranges: 2–4 years and 6+ years • Experience with S/4, SFSF, CX, GRC, BTP, ABAP • Knowledge of application service management
