📋 Description

• Responsible for monitoring, support, administration, and troubleshooting of telecommunications and corporate network environments, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the data communication infrastructure, with a focus on Fortinet solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Monitor and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN network environments. • Administer Fortinet equipment (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer and other ecosystem components). • Troubleshoot network and security incidents. • Configure and maintain IPsec and SSL VPNs. • Manage firewall policies, NAT, routing, and network segmentation. • Monitor telecommunications links and service providers. • Analyze infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity. • Execute changes, upgrades, and firmware updates. • Support projects to expand and improve telecom and security infrastructure. • Produce technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and security teams and with vendors. • Provide L2/L3 support for critical incidents.
