📋 Description
• Co-founder/CTO to define vision and scale product • Lead technical development and help shape product • Build real product, not just ideas • Start part-time with option to grow into full founding role • Work on AI-powered sourcing tool, talent marketplace, market insights • Maintain lean, backend-first MVPs and integrate AI/LLMs • Implement scraping, web crawlers, and APIs • Use current tech stack: Python, FastAPI/Flask, Streamlit, PostgreSQL/SQLite, Google Gemini, Render/Railway • Collaborate with founders to bootstrap revenue and avoid classic funding path
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on with code (especially Python, APIs, AI integrations) • Practical experience using AI (LLMs, Gemini, scraping, automations) • Know how to build lean backend-first MVPs (FastAPI, Streamlit, etc.) • Enjoy building things people use — fast, smart, and without BS • Want equity and money from a real, potential bootstrapped product • See yourself scaling this with us (even slowly at first) • You've built software for HR-tech, marketplaces, or similar platforms • You're wasted as just an employee – you want to build something that matters • Hands-on AI experience and can see its potential in recruitment • Your English is good (clients and candidates primarily native speakers) • Genuine growth mindset and want to build something from the ground up • Can commit real time to this – not just scraps after your day job
