📋 Description

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms. • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires. • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Assist in employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organizational and coordination abilities. • Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment processes is preferred. • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
