• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the assigned scope. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer decision-makers and internal stakeholders. • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized solutions to address them. • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts and scope, while actively seeking new business opportunities. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt commercial strategies. • Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, Production, Logistics, Quality, and PLM, to meet customer expectations. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts internally and externally to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards. • Organize and lead customer meetings, involving relevant stakeholders from both organizations. • Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the implementation of service agreements. • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and customer requirements. • Regularly monitor and analyze account performance metrics. • Prepare reports detailing sales data, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in working in a large scale B2B environment • Relevant industry experience in technical, sales and general management • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability • Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills • Technically adept • Possess a detailed knowledge of Amcor, the products, the industry and competitive market • Language: English necessary, others useful and desired
