• Own the Business Unit supply planning cycle, including rough-cut capacity planning, master-scheduling alignment, supply-demand balancing, constraint review, and scenario development • Prepare and facilitate Supply Reviews and provide supply inputs to BU S&OP • Evaluate service, cost, inventory, and financial trade-offs and recommend mitigation or reallocation strategies • Coordinate dependent-demand propagation across the supply chain network • Act as the planning interface with site planners for rough-cut capacity planning • Partner with sites to align production and procurement plans with consensus demand • Drive adoption of AFEMEA Planning Playbook standards across sites • Coach site planners and support capability-gap closure • Define and maintain planning master-data requirements, including capacity models, calendars, lead times, lot sizes, and planning parameters • Develop supply-planning visibility across heterogeneous systems and support trusted KPI reporting • Contribute to training, onboarding, continuous improvement, planning-system implementation, and business-continuity planning
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related field • 5–8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in an international B2B or FMCG matrix environment • Previous experience in a supply planning role within a large organization • Experience working directly with manufacturing sites strongly preferred • Experience partnering and presenting to Director and VP level • Ability to anticipate demand and capacity risks and develop plans with clear trade-offs • Ability to manage frozen horizons, exceptions, safety stock, MOQ, lot-size logic, and inventory performance • Strong analytical toolset skills, including advanced Excel and BI/analytical tools such as Power BI • SAP IBP or similar supply-chain planning-tool knowledge preferred • Strong data-analysis, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to influence and coach without direct authority • Ability to work across cultures in an international, multi-site organization • Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and supply-chain processes • Fluent English; an additional European language is a strong plus
• Flexible location within Europe • Approximately 20–30% travel, primarily to Amcor sites within the region
