⢠Manage morale, welfare, and recreation programs ⢠Supervise recreational staff and maintain program excellence ⢠Ensure compliance with safety standards ⢠Coordinate and promote recreational events and activities ⢠Monitor and document MWR facility use ⢠Oversee budgets and allocate funding responsibly
đŻ Requirements
⢠A four-year degree in recreation, sports management, or business administration ⢠Three years of general experience in recreation principles ⢠Five years of specialized experience in a similar role ⢠Certified or able to become a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Instructor ⢠Proficiency in officiating Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, and Flag Football ⢠Completion or willingness to achieve MWR Star Service, AECR training certification ⢠Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification before hire ⢠Strong leadership and organizational skills ⢠Valid passport and ability to travel internationally ⢠Ability to pass contract medical requirements
