📋 Description
• Collaborate with CFO leadership team to create a compelling finance transformation vision. • Establish a stakeholder management strategy to secure buy-in and support from key stakeholders. • Partner closely with Finance, Contracts, IT, HR, and Operations leaders on effective change management. • Assess current-state processes, systems, legacy platforms, and organizational structures to identify gaps. • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of an enterprise-wide finance transformation program. • Drive continuous improvement and modernization initiatives including financial system automation.
🎯 Requirements
• Typically 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Program Finance, or Financial Operations, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; master’s degree is preferred. • Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing transformation projects. • Managing post-M&A financial process integration, legacy system consolidation, and data harmonization in a complex Govcon environment. • US Citizenship is required to apply.
