• Serve as the primary on‑site supervisory authority during all active construction phases • Provide full‑time site presence as required by the project schedule • Direct, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel • Conduct daily site inspections to verify progress, workmanship, safety, and housekeeping • Coordinate work sequencing and site logistics to avoid conflicts and delays • Plan and manage outages, shutdowns, and system tie‑ins in coordination with facility operations • Maintain accurate daily site logs, manpower reports, and construction activity records • Support quality assurance (QA) review of contract tender documents • Implement and enforce the Site Project Health & Safety Plan
• A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial building electrical, mechanical, or engineering construction • Current First Aid certification required prior to starting on site • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project • Legally entitled to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship • Valid provincial driver’s license, in good standing • Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Reliability Status security clearance (condition of employment)
