• Lead delivery of legal, business, and competitive intelligence research across client engagements • Provide oversight on complex research requests and ensure high-quality, accurate outputs • Manage and prioritize incoming research workflows, ensuring timely completion • Ongoing optimization of research processes, including intake, triage, execution, and delivery • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement • Oversee staffing, utilization, and workload allocation across research teams • Lead, coach, and develop research and intelligence professionals • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs • Partner with internal teams to align research services with technology, tools, and knowledge systems • Contribute to the development of new services, capabilities, and client solutions
• Significant experience in legal, business, or competitive intelligence research within a law firm or professional services environment • Proven experience managing research teams and overseeing service delivery • Strong knowledge of legal and business research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, and other intelligence platforms) • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight deadlines • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency • Experience working in a client-facing or service delivery environment.
