📋 Description

• Manage all phases of BAS projects, including planning, design coordination, execution, commissioning, and closeout. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans. • Track and report project progress, risks, and key performance metrics. • Ensure adherence to contractual scope, specifications, and company standards. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. • Oversee installation and integration of building automation systems (HVAC controls, lighting controls, energy management systems, etc.). • Travel to job sites (typically 50-75% or more) to monitor progress and ensure quality. • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 5 years project management experience, preferably in building automation, HVAC controls, or related industry • Strong knowledge of BAS platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, etc.) • Proven experience managing multiple projects across different locations • Ability to travel extensively
