📋 Description

• Executing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes • Preparing and reviewing journal entries • Performing account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting • Supporting GAAP compliance across APA and related entities • Conducting financial analysis • Generating reports for internal and external stakeholders • Managing LLC accounting by reviewing workpapers prepared by external accountants • Supporting audit activities • Ensuring timely responses to internal and external requests • Monitoring cash flow • Identifying risks and providing insights to support financial decision-making • Evaluating and improving accounting processes and internal controls • Collaborating across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent experience • 5–10 years of accounting experience with hands-on close responsibilities • Extensive experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting • Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong communication skills • Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
