📋 Description

• Manage complaint and violation intake, including communication with patients, complainants, sidewalk counselors, and pregnancy center workers. • Collect, verify, and analyze reports of unsafe practices or misconduct. • File and maintain public records requests (local, state, federal) and coordinate with agencies for updates. • Review obtained records, identify issues requiring deeper analysis, and prepare concise investigative summaries. • Prepare, submit, and track complaints and requests submitted to proper enforcement agencies. • Research state laws, regulations, and agency protocols relevant to active cases. • Document facility and provider histories and maintain accurate case files. • Maintain organized investigative records and historical files in internal systems. • Ensure all case materials are complete, accurate, and easily accessible for leadership and legal partners. • Provide updates on active cases and support leadership with special investigative projects. • Engage with local partners and advocates to develop community-specific investigative strategies. • Assist in training community members to identify and report unsafe practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum two years of experience in a relevant field. • Familiarity with state regulations, administrative processes, or legal research (preferred).
