📋 Description

• Prospect for and identify commercial representatives with potential to operate in the region • Build and establish a network of commercial representatives aligned with the company’s strategy • Conduct onboarding and training for new representatives • Monitor representatives’ adaptation, productivity, and development • Monitor individual and regional targets, objectives, and action plans • Accompany representatives on sales visits and negotiations • Identify opportunities to acquire new customers and expand into new regions and sales channels • Develop strategies to grow the active customer base and increase representatives’ productivity • Ensure the proper implementation of the company’s commercial policies, pricing, campaigns, and established terms and conditions • Develop strategies to increase the company’s market share in the markets served • Map regions requiring additional Commercial Representatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in commercial operations and field sales in the building materials sector (MATCON) • Experience managing Commercial Representatives or field sales teams • Must have a personal vehicle
