📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options • Proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel by air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System • Ensure compliance with customers’ agreed travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques • Act on special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels • Provide service as part of the 24/7 After Hours Traveler Care operation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two years of native GDS expertise with Amadeus • Native or full working proficiency in German, written and verbal • English and any additional European language could be considered a plus • Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs • Attention to detail • Ability to act with integrity and protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation background • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback
