📋 Description

• Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Foster long-term client relationships through regular communication • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Ensure client satisfaction and retention • Keep clients continuously informed about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities • Further develop the existing benefits portfolio • Implement innovative bonus models • Design tailored benefits programs • Provide strategic advice to clients • Analyze existing benefits systems • Develop future-ready solutions to increase employee satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Strong customer and service orientation • Empathy, confidence, and assertiveness • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Clear, persuasive, and confident communication skills, both one-to-one and in front of groups • Strong advisory skills • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work • Excellent organizational skills and sound commercial expertise • Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
