📋 Description

• Handle complex domestic and international business travel reservations in Sabre GDS • Advise corporate business customers on efficient and cost-effective itineraries • Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, disruptions, and emergency travel situations • Act as subject matter expert for team coaching and mentoring • Assist supervisors with workflow management and escalating urgent travel requests • Resolve customer issues independently and build trusted relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate travel experience with advanced knowledge of at least one GDS (Sabre) • Excellent geography and airline fare knowledge, understanding of international travel requirements • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Proven leadership or mentoring experience • Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information
