📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel of varying complexity, including air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System; refreshment training may be provided • Ensure compliance with customers’ agreed travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels • Work for the After Hours team in a shared customer environment

🎯 Requirements

• Native GDS expertise (Amadeus) with a minimum of two years’ experience • Native or full working proficiency in German, written and verbal • English and any additional European language considered a plus • Attention to detail • Integrity and care with personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Availability for a 24/7 operation and overnight shifts as applicable
