📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options • Proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel • Book air, road, rail, and accommodation travel of varying complexity • Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System • Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, supplier policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques • Act on special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Native GDS expertise (Amadeus) • Two years minimum experience with Amadeus GDS • Native or full working proficiency in German, written and verbal • English and any additional European language could be considered a plus • Attention to detail • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Integrity and ability to safeguard personal traveler information • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Availability for a 24/7 operation and overnight shift schedules
